Feds: Miami-Dade Cop Pulled Over Female Drivers To Look At Their Breasts
CBS Tampa
September 6, 2012
An officer with the Miami-Dade police department was arrested by federal authorities for stopping female drivers for no other reason than to initiate “sexually suggestive conversations.”
According to the Miami Herald, 33-year-old officer Prabhainjana Dwivedi was arrested by FBI agents inside police headquarters on Wednesday.
Dwivedi had worked overnight patrolling the streets between Jackson Memorial Hospital and Key Biscayne before being assigned to desk duty in the summer of 2011 following the suspicious traffic stops, the paper noted.

Business is Booming for Smith & Wesson
Kurt Nimmo
Infowars.com
September 6, 2012
Zero Hedge posted the chart below. It shows a steady increase in firearms sales, especially after the election of Obama.
This is good news for the Second Amendment and bad news for all the gun-grabbers like Michael Bloomberg, Chuckie Schumer, and supposed “conservative” Bill Kristol.
“I think there is more support for some moderate forms of gun control,” Kristol said in July.
“Good luck with that, Bill,” another panelist more in tune with reality responded.
“Later today, gunmaker Smith and Wesson will report its quarterly earnings, which come in the wake of three mass shootings. Turns out, those shootings haven’t stopped Americans from buying firearms, reports Marketplace Business today. “In fact, just the opposite is happening.”

American, United Face Trial Over 9-11 Towers Destruction
Patricia Hurtado
Bloomberg Businessweek
September 5, 2012
AMR Corp.’s (AAMRQ) American Airlines and United Continental Holdings Inc. (UAL) lost a bid to avoid a federal trial over negligence claims tied to the hijacking of jetliners used in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks that killed about 3,000 people in New York, Washington and Pennsylvania.
On the day of the attacks, two planes were hijacked and flown into the World Trade Center. American Airlines Flight 11 crashed into the North Tower of the World Trade Center. Minutes later, United Airlines Flight 175 crashed into the South Tower.
After the attacks, the owners sued insurers, eventually settling for $4.09 billion, the judge said. World Trade Center Properties sued the airlines seeking $8.4 billion, or the estimated cost of replacing the two towers as well as claims of negligence, the judge said in yesterday’s ruling. Hellerstein said he previously rejected the airlines’ bid for summary judgment, or a ruling before trial.

Video: Reporter Confronts Obama Over Kill-list
Infowars.com
September 5, 2012
A local Fox News journalist (again!) came off sounding more like an Infowars reporter than a mainstream mouthpiece when he confronted Obama regarding his “kill list.”
Reporter Ben Swann was on the floor of the Democratic National Convention Tuesday and was able to procure an exclusive interview with Mr. Soetoro.
Specifically, Swann asked how the “president” can justify the killing of Americans without trial, as has been revealed through leaks of a kill list.
Swann’s passion for the truth seems genuine. In July, we covered a report Swann produced questioning the official narrative of the ‘Dark Knight’ massacre. Here is an excerpt from that report:
It’s astounding to watch the mainstream media being forced to behave like alternative media outlets which the establishment previously derided as “conspiracy theorists” in an attempt to remain relevant, but kudos to Fox 19 for at least making the effort to ask the hard questions.
Once again, kudos Mr. Swann.

LAPD Now Arresting Photographers
Globalists Wage War on Free Speech and the Press
Linda West
Infowars.com
September 5, 2012
Despite legal battles raging over 10 years and a noticeable lack of terrorist activity in that time, the LAPD is moving ahead as the first police department in the U.S. to implement Special Order 1, a policy which will allow the police to detain and arrest you if you are taking photos or videotaping certain buildings deemed by them as “suspicious activity”. The problem being of course – what exactly is considered suspicious activity?
Take for instance the innocent man Greggory Moore who was confronted for shooting pictures on his front lawn just because it happened to have the court house in the background. Eight policemen were called by “good citizen spies” to confront and interrogate him while he was held with his hands behind his back then patted down. Other photographers have experienced similar heinous police behavior and even been threatened with being put on the FBI watch list for taking pictures at the airport.
This new police policy will make such instances more common, as they clearly put photography itself under suspicion. It reads:
The National Press Photographers Association (NPPA) wrote a letter to the sheriff’s department. “It is one thing for law enforcement to act when there is probable cause,” said Mickey H Osterricher, the association’s general counsel. “It is quite another to abuse that discretion in order to create a climate that chills free speech under the pretext of safety and security.”
LA Sheriff Leroy Baca said, “While taking pictures in itself is not a crime, in our heightened state of national security, a courthouse is a Homeland Security hard target, and as such, supplemental security precautions are in place. We would be remiss in our professional duties if we did not investigate all incidents which appear to be suspicious.”
- A d v e r t i s e m e n t
When asked by an Infowars reporter about the new policy, the commanding officer at LAPD responded, “You really only have to be careful about airports and filming TSA– you can’t do that.” When asked if it was still “legal” to film police on duty doing such despicable things as hitting defenseless protesters, etc., he confirmed that, “Yes you can still video that.”
Despite the commanding officer’s reply, according to the law it is perfectly legal to film TSA agents and the airport.
Chief Michael Downing, in charge of the Department of Counter-Terrorism and Special Operations Bureau, declared this to be absolutely necessary, claiming that terror cells are active in L.A. right now. However, there has been no evidence offered up to actually support this claim. What is certain, is that now even animal rights groups have been added to the “terrorist watch list along with veterans and preppers.”
In any case the über open ended “suspicious” action could practically account for anything the police deem it to, as witnessed by the innocent man that was hassled on his own front lawn.
The most troubling aspect, beside the complete slaughter of the first amendment, is that DHS and other Federal agencies are given grants and special funding for their agreement to participate in specific Homeland Security programs – just like this.
The larger question remains – just what are we willing to give up in the name of supposed “protection”? And is a police state that attacks you on your own front lawn something we are willing to live with in the name of safety? Another shocking signpost on the road to total tyranny and proof the globalist occupying this country have declared war on free speech and the press.

9/11 Memorial Feared as Weapon Moved
Rob Jennings
New Jersey Herald
September 5, 2012
A 9/11 memorial removed from Vernon municipal court after the judge warned it could be used as a weapon has a temporary new home at Sussex County Community College.
Everett Paladini of Vernon and his son used a pickup truck on Tuesday to move the seven-foot-tall, 275-pound sculpture from the Vernon Township Historical Society to the college’s Performing Arts Center.
The sculpture, intended as a memorial to New Jersey 9/11 victims, will remain in the center’s lobby until Oct. 20, said Barbara Wortmann, executive director of the performing arts center.

Man Listed As “Terrorist” Over Traffic Violation
Activist targeted in order to prevent him organizing DNC protest
Paul Joseph Watson
Infowars.com
Wednesday, September 5, 2012
Activist James Ian Tyson was listed as a terrorist over a traffic violation in a deliberate effort by police to prevent him organizing a protest at the Democratic National Convention taking place in Charlotte this week.
As we reported yesterday, Charlotte resident Tyson was arrested on Sunday morning as he was driving to a protest just days before the start of the DNC with his initial bond set at a huge $10,000 dollars.
Although the reason for the arrest was not known until today, prosecutors were keen to keep Tyson locked up for the duration of the DNC, according to Tyson’s lawyer. Tyson spent 36 hours in jail, 24 of which were in a tiny cell.
It has now emerged that Tyson, an activist with the Rainforest Action Network, was arrested for driving with a suspended license when he was only a passenger in the car.
“Tyson’s lawyer, Derek Fletcher, says a police report of the arrest claimed his client was on a terrorist watch list and should be held until the convention ends Thursday,” reports the Associated Press, adding that Tyson thinks he was targeted to prevent him from organizing a protest.
In other words, Tyson was arrested on a bogus charge, declared to be a terrorist and kidnapped by police simply in order to stop him from exercising his First Amendment rights.
- A d v e r t i s e m e n t
This means that cops in America are now mimicking the actions of the NKVD, Joseph Stalin’s feared Soviet secret police, and abducting political dissidents to prevent them from organizing rallies.
“I’m a local Charlottean, I’m a farmer, I’m a carpenter, I’m a family member and a community member. I am not a terrorist,” Tyson told the Charlotte Observer, adding that he has no clue how he ended up on a terror watchlist.
“They have no reason to have me on that list,” Tyson said. “I haven’t done anything remotely criminal involving politics.”
As we previously highlighted, efforts by the state to characterize protest as terrorism have been ongoing for years.
A 2009 Department of Defense anti-terrorism training program entitled Antiterrorism and Force Protection Annual Refresher Training Course used material that defined certain First Amendment-protected activities as “low level terrorism.”
“I think they’re watching me and looking for a reason to arrest me,” Tyson said. “I’m not afraid of police, but I don’t want to be arrested again.”

Apple: We didn’t pass iPhone, iPad device IDs to FBI
Zach Whittaker
ZDNet.com
September 5, 2012
Apple has said that it did not give the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation any device identity codes of its iPhone and iPad users.
Hackers associated with Anonymous claimed this week to have stolen more than 12 million device identifers from an FBI-owned laptop. Just over one million unique device identifier (UDID) codes were released on Monday in a Pastebin post.
The FBI said in an earlier statement that there was “no evidence” to suggest the data had been pilfered from one of their agents’ computers, leading to further speculation and guessing as to where the device codes had actually come from.
